We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort and we keep working to improve it.

Built in tools

This site includes a self hosted accessibility toolbar. Use it to adjust text size, turn on high contrast, highlight links, and switch to a more readable font. Your settings are stored in your browser. A language menu is also available so you can read the pages in other languages.

Keyboard access

You can reach the toolbar and the language menu with the Tab key. Press Enter or Space to open a control. Press Escape to close any open panel.

Scope and limits

We test with current browsers and assistive technology. Some older pages or third party content may not yet meet every guideline. We do not claim full or certified compliance with any standard or law.
